Platinum Level – This elite program makes the most of your time, money and investment. It includes the initial spring start up in which we will recharge the system, adjust all sprinklers as needed and set timer for initial program. We will then perform visits every two weeks during the growing season. This will assure your lawn stays looking its best while conserving water at the same time. We will take care of all program changes and sprinkler adjustments according to conditions. While out tech is at the property he will inspect turf and plant conditions and provide a report of any signs of insect or disease problems along with a recommendation for treatment. He will also report any additional maintenance issues noticed during inspection. Also included is the labor to replace any sprinklers, valves or timers that were to fail during the maintenance period. Any material required during the every two weeks visit will be discounted 20% off its regular price. To end the season we will winterize your system assuring it is ready for the winter months.

Gold Level - This package includes the initial spring start up in which we will recharge the system, adjust all sprinklers as needed and set timer for initial program. We will then provide monthly visits during the growing season. The monthly visits will aid you in keeping your lawn looking its best while conserving water. While out tech is at the property he will inspect turf and plant conditions and provide a report of any signs of insect or disease problems along with recommendations for treatment. He will also report any additional maintenance issues during the inspection. Also included is the labor to replace any sprinklers, valves or timers that were to fail during the maintenance period. Any material required during the monthly visits will be discounted 20% off its regular price. To end the season we will winterize your system assuring it is ready for the winter months.

Silver Level – This package includes the initial spring start up in which we will recharge the system, adjust all sprinklers as needed and set timer for initial program. It then includes two mid summer calls to evaluate the system and adjust the sprinklers and timers as necessary according to the current conditions. Also it includes a 10% discount on the labor and parts to any sprinklers, valves or timers fixed or replaced during the two scheduled visits. To end the season we will winterize your system assuring it is ready for the winter months.

*Testing of Backflows Preventers will be billed in addition to the annual maintenance program as not all customers have their backflows tested annually. If you know you have your backflow tested annually, notify us at the time of acceptance and we can add that to your contract.
